Expense Inbox: Reconnecting to Jobber

When you first signed up with us, assuming you started from our tile on the Jobber app store, your Jobber account got connected to your Expense Inbox account. Sometimes this connection can expire. If that happens, your expenses will no longer get added correctly.

To check if this has happened go to your Account page and see what is says in the "External Account" section toward the bottom:


If you see "Not Connected" just click the "Connect" button and follow any additional steps you see on the screen. When finished, you should see the Jobber status change to "Connected":
