Creating Jobs from Submissions
Now that you have the Wordpress plugin setup, now you have 2 options for creating jobs in ServiceM8 from form submissions on your website. First, you can check "Enable API Integration". With this enabled, every form submission will result in a job created inside ServiceM8. This is great if you have a dedicated page that you use only for support.

However, if you want to use the form for both jobs and general enquiries, then you may want to leave that unchecked and manually submit them to ServiceM8. We provide a dashboard for that inside your Wordpress website.
To access the dashboard, click on the "Submissions" button found in the plugin. Here is a screenshot to better explain where to find them.

Once you're on the submissions page, you can see stats along with all the submissions. From here, you can select the ones you want to submit to ServiceM8.

If you click "View Details", you can see the content of the message before sending it to ServiceM8.
